Cookie Policy

Billflow currently uses browser technologies needed to provide and secure the service.

Last updated 16 August 2026

Necessary cookies and storage

Billflow may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain sessions, preserve security-related state and provide core application functionality. Disabling these technologies can prevent sign-in or other essential parts of the service from working correctly.

Analytics, advertising and non-essential tracking

Billflow does not intentionally use advertising cookies on the service at the date shown above. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking that requires consent, we will update this policy and introduce the required choice or consent controls before relying on that technology.

Third-party services

Services used to provide authentication, payments or other requested functionality may set or receive technical information necessary to perform that service. Their own privacy information explains how they handle data in their systems. Billflow's current production providers are listed on the Subprocessors page.

Managing browser storage

You can remove or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking technologies that are strictly necessary may log you out or stop parts of Billflow from functioning.
