Cookie Policy

Avriloq and its authentication infrastructure may use cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies that are necessary to sign users in, maintain an authenticated session, preserve security state and provide requested application functionality. Because provider-managed session names can change with the authentication implementation, this policy describes their function rather than inventing fixed cookie names.

These technologies are required for the service to work. Blocking or deleting them can sign you out or prevent account, payment or integration flows from completing correctly.

Avriloq does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies or non-essential marketing trackers in the current product. We do not list an analytics cookie merely because analytics might be added later.

If Avriloq introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies for which consent is required, those technologies will not be activated for a user until the appropriate consent or choice mechanism is in place. This policy will then be updated with the relevant provider, purpose and retention information.

When you deliberately use a third-party feature such as authentication, a connected payment service or an accounting integration, that provider may receive technical information necessary to perform the requested service and may use its own strictly necessary session technologies on its domain. You can remove or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking technologies that are strictly necessary may log you out or stop parts of Avriloq from functioning. If Avriloq later offers non-essential tracking, the relevant in-product consent controls will be the preferred way to manage those choices.
