Accounting integration

Billflow + QuickBooks Online

Connect an authorised QuickBooks Online company to bring supported accounting records into Billflow for invoicing and collections workflows.

How the connection works

  • You choose when to connect your QuickBooks Online company.
  • Billflow requests the QuickBooks accounting scope needed for the supported integration.
  • The current integration is one-way: supported customers and invoices are imported from QuickBooks into Billflow.
  • A no-write preview is required before Billflow can run a sync.
  • QuickBooks API data is not used to train or fine-tune general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
  • You can disconnect from Billflow at any time; Billflow removes its local OAuth credentials and attempts provider revocation.

What Billflow imports

Billflow currently uses the authorised QuickBooks accounting connection to read supported company, customer and invoice information required for the integration. Billflow does not write accounting records back to QuickBooks in the current implementation.

Disconnecting

In Billflow, open Integrations and choose Disconnect beside QuickBooks. Billflow attempts to revoke Intuit access and removes its local QuickBooks credentials. Records already imported into Billflow remain subject to your Billflow retention and deletion settings.

Data protection and terms

Your organisation controls whether to connect QuickBooks and the data made available within the authorised scope. Intuit's own terms and privacy information also apply to its service.
